It’s been a long time since there’s been a fitness related post around here. Mostly because I just started a new job with a huge training time commitment. Which means I’m barely fitting in my own physical activity whenever I can and when I do I’m relying on old regimens to get me through as quickly and efficiently as I can – and it’s been rough. Also I do realize I’m posting a Favorites Friday on Saturday – better late than never? Eh, such is my life these days, hang in there with me please!
Now that I’m on my feet 60+ hours a week and also still trying to stay active my legs are definitely starting to feel the weight.
