In a month I’ll be starting a new job that’s going to require a pretty intense training schedule initially and I’m not exactly sure when I’ll be able to fit in exercise. I’m a little worried about that because, hello spring and soon, summer! I have some leaning-up I need to do before I would consider myself ready to put on a pair of shorts and strut around in a bikini.  Fortunately, I’ve accumulated so many Beachbody workout programs that creating a “summer body” workout regimen was easy-peasy. I plan to start today – if you are like me and own these programs join in! If you subscribe to Beachbody On Demand you’ll have access to these exercises as well.

I chose a 5-day per week schedule with two rest or stretch days. Each week is comprised of 2 cardio/plyo, 1 upper body, 1 core/ab, and 1 lower body day. Most of the videos are between 25-45 minutes in length and some require weights. For reference, I’ve included: T25, Insanity, Insanity Max:30, The Master’s Hammer & Chisel, P90X3, and Core de Force. After doing these programs so many times I’d like to think I chose the most effective videos for each focus area (core, cardio, upper, and lower).
