Happy New Year! You wanna know the best part about New Years Day landing on a Sunday? Monday is the PERFECT day to start a new workout regimen. Each year on Christmas for the last 5 years I’ve received a new Beachbody workout program. This year it’s Core de Force and I plan on starting tomorrow.
As the name implies it’s a core and ab-centered month long program focused on burning belly fat. The workouts are mixed martial arts (MMA) inspired. The videos are broken into 3-minute rounds of boxing, kickboxing, and muay thai. There are 8 workouts included on 3 discs as well as a 5-min floor video and active recovery video for rest days.
I own the deluxe version which comes with 3 additional workouts but won’t be utilized until round 2 (month 2) and comes with an agility ladder. I’ll also be starting a month-long meal plan – the program comes with an eating plan guide that is super helpful.
