Week 4! Your last and final week, make it an amazing one! If you haven’t yet added weights to applicable exercises (see last weeks post) this is your week to make it happen. Weights add extra resistance and will help build muscle and definition.
For those of you that have been doing weights, I have added a bonus word for you each day for an little extra boost in your results. The bonus word is optional, but I encourage you to tackle it if you’re feeling like the exercises aren’t challenging you enough anymore.
This is it you guys, give it everything you have this week! I have a whole new set of words for you below. Write them down, save the workout guide, and you’ll be able to get this done easily!
