What I’m Wearing Wednesday

It’s Wednesday! I changed WIWW up a little for you….. again. Let me know what you think.

Here’s what I’ve been wearing ๐Ÿ˜‰

Yes, I did it, gray leggings with tans and browns. I think it works because of the gray tones in the blue tunic.

Baby blue over-sized tee: Old Navy
Beige sweater: Target
Heather Gray leggings: Old Navy
Tan boots: Target
Ivory scarf: Charlotte Russe

More neutral-toned comfy-ness! Also, around my neck are are the dainty pearls that inspired the name for this blog ๐Ÿ™‚

Ivory sweater: Old Navy
Skinny Jeans: Target

I messed around with photographing my outfits this week because I feel like I get better color quality and less graininess when I don’t have to set my camera’s timer. These handheld “selfie shots” came out great with little effort…..for this outfit (whereas the timer-set pics looked like crap). I didn’t have quite as much luck with the next outfit though…. I’m working on it ๐Ÿ˜‰

Yellow sweater: Target
White blouse: Old Navy
Navy pants: Old Navy
Cognac Pumps: Maurices (post about these here ๐Ÿ™‚ )
Sailor necklace and rings: Old Navy (also covered in the post up there ^^ )

Old Navy White Blouse: here and Maurices Cognac Pumps: here

Sweater: Old Navy
Black Skinny Jeans: American Eagle
Leather Riding Boots: Clarks
Crystal necklace and Bracelet: Old Navy

Clarks Maymie Boots (available at department stores like Macy’s, but I purchased mine through Amazon, here)

This week’s wardrobe was heavily contributed to by Old Navy. I’m not always happy with their fits and quality, but for the most part, they totally understand BASICS! For me, half the fun is taking something simple (and comfortable!!!!) and creating my own style with it. Whether it’s through pairing it with shoes, belts, scarves, or accessories – I can style most of the things I purchase from there 100 different ways.

What is your favorite place to shop? As always, thanks for stopping by!
